FIBC Massage Tables
Applicon makes bulk bag discharging systems with powerful bottom massage tables, to remove very difficult powders from big bags. When the product has compacted in an FIBC during ocean or road transit, it may not come out of the sack without significant intervention.
Applicon MT extract very difficult materials from bulk bags. Vibration is not very useful, because the bag and the material within are both flexible and absorb the vibration. High amplitude massage tables lift and then relieve the bottom of the bag. The induced shear stress is place where it is required first…. at and near the discharge. This mechanical action normally disrupts even the most compacted material.
Applicon MT will receive a 4,000 lb. sack, and tables always move in unison
