We build atmospheric vessels up to 10,000 gallons, for melting and mixing liquid. These may be mild or stainless, conical, dish, or flat bottom, with thermal jackets for steam, water or oil up to 150 psig.
Continuous Blenders/Agglomerators
High speed pin and paddle blade continuous blenders for blending, agglomerating, micro-pelletizing, or wetting powders with water, lignin, oils or waxes, . Capacity range is from 1 to 50 tph, in 4 to 16" diameter. Carbide and ceramic liners are available for handling abrasive products.
